Pin It Party: 5 Tips for Running and Triathlon

January 30, 2014

Let’s face it: Our best ideas these days often come from the beautiful images we’ve seen on Pinterest for recipes, workouts or other helpful tips. And we can all be part of sharing our best ideas to help others. Today, I’m linking up with the fabulous Lindsay from the Lean Green Bean to share lots of healthy mojo across the Pinterest-sphere. Lindsay asked bloggers everywhere to share 5 helpful posts as part of her Pin It Party. (You can follow rUnladylike on Pinterest here.) Here are 5 posts from the archives to help runners and triathletes everywhere.

Thanks for the great idea Lindsay! xo

Ally

Just pinned the post about running your first marathon! I’m actually running my first marathon on March 15, so I really need all the advice I can get.

Thanks!

Yay Ally!!! Congrats on your first marathon. It is so close! Which one are you doing?

Thanks so much Anna! So glad you stopped by! The chocolate PB smoothie is one of my favorites after a morning workout for breakfast. xo

Carly @ Fine Fit Day

I’ve NEVER been brave enough to try an ice bath, but I just pinned it for when I do find the courage!! 😉

rUnladylike

You can do it. Getting in is the worst part. That’s why I add the ice once I’m in. The key is to keep your mind preoccupied. Let me know how your first ice bath goes 🙂

AmyC

Never had an ice bath…pinning for “possible” future use 😉

Sarah (Shh...Fit Happens)

Pinned What Every First-Time Marathoner Needs to Know – just in case one day I run one, haha!
